Industrial Tool Supplies powers ahead with new e-commerce website
Industrial Tool Supplies, supplier of power tools, hand tools and accessories to the building trade, construction industry and the D.I.Y. enthusiast, has recently launched a new full-featured website designed, built, hosted and managed by Screen Pages.
Industrial Tool Supplies (ITS), based in London, sells over 5,000 power and hand tools, workwear, site equipment and accessories. Since it’s foundation in 1979, ITS’ culture has always been one of customer service, customer care and customer retention.
The new website, which has replaced ITS’ existing site, www.itslondon.co.uk, has been delivered using Screen Pages’ 2nd generation e-commerce managed service platform, Screen Commerce.
ITS is using the new website as a channel for acquiring customers, increasing order values and improving customer service overall.
