Joules clothing boosts sales over 60% and launches new e-commerce website by Screen Pages
Niche casual clothing brand Joules Clothing has launched a new e-commerce website designed, developed and managed by Screen Pages, in an exciting boost forward for its online sales campaign.
Joules, which is stocked in niche country casual-wear outlets throughout the UK, has expanded its range and built upon its marketing campaigns to extend its appeal to a wider base of customers. “We have a very loyal customer base in the country market,” says Managing Director, Tom Joule. “Our primary aim is to expand our offer and improve our service to these customers. In doing so, we are finding that demand is increasing both to our trade accounts and through direct sales in mail order and through our website.”
“Our current site has served us well, but with our phenomenal growth over the past two years we have stretched it to its limits, and are more than ready to launch ourselves forward with a fresh new site,” says Mr. Joule.
2004 was a fantastic year for Joules, with turnover increasing by over 60%. “Our mail order and web sales department has experienced exciting growth, and we intend to take this further with our new site”, says Mr Joule. “We picked Screen Pages because of its experience in the retail and clothing sectors. We have worked with its team to make the shopping experience as seamless as possible for our customers – we are really pleased with the results.”
The new site at www.joulesclothing.com coincides with the launch of Joules’ Spring and Summer catalogue. Visitors to the site will be offered the chance to sign up to their mailing list and be entered into a prize draw to win a pair of exclusive Joules Union Jack Wellington Boots, which were produced for the celebrity goodie bags at this year’s 25th anniversary Mastercard Brit Awards.
