Fashion accessory brand Johnny Loves Rosie picks Screen Pages to open direct sales channel
Johnny Loves Rosie, the fashion and hair accessories specialist, has appointed Screen Pages to create its first transactional website to open up a new sales channel.
Maryrose Monroe founded Johnny Loves Rosie in 1992 as a fashion accessories business. From the humble beginnings of hair wear, the company now offers an extensive range of women's fashion accessories including jewellery, bags, belts, flip flops, hair-wear, knitwear, cosmetic sets and its hallmark flowers. The company sells through retail stockists throughout the UK and overseas.
Key goals for the new website (http://www.johnnylovesrosie.co.uk) will include:
* Generate new sales via a fully transactional website
* Develop and extend the Johnny Loves Rosie brand on the internet
* Create a customer database (via registration) to encourage repeat sales
* Deploy a platform capable of significant growth and extension over the coming years
Gail Dobinson at Johnny Loves Rosie, said: “Our sales have been growing steadily through our retail outlets. The internet has increased dramatically both as a shopping outlet and a research tool for our customers, so it is a natural evolution to sell online. Screen Pages has shown itself very responsive and flexible in understanding our brand and needs and we’re looking forward to considerable growth.”
Roger Willcocks, managing director of Screen Pages said: "Online retailing is growing rapidly, especially in the fashion and apparel sectors. Johnny Loves Rosie has a great product range that will appeal to internet shoppers and is another example of an expanding company turning to this new sales channel.”
