Pret-a-Vivre opens curtains on new e-commerce website
Pret a Vivre, the curtains and blinds retailer. has launched a new e-commerce website, to sell bespoke curtains and fabric online. The new website is designed, built and hosted by Screen Pages, the online retail specialist.
Pret-a-Vivre sells premium curtain fabrics, roman blinds and accessories. The company specialises in made-to-measure, bespoke curtains in carefully selected, fabrics. Pret-a-Vivre sells directly and through direct mail and through home and furniture stores around the country. Its progress has been based upon fast turnaround times – unlike many high street suppliers and a full made-to-measure service with advise available by phone.
The new website, at http://www.pretavivre.com, has been designed and delivered as a fully bespoke e-commerce website by Screen Pages. The company is targeting 10% of its sales through the web within 12 months, from a very low base.

• Online Catalogue: quick and easy to flick through, the latest brochure can now be viewed online using RichFX interactive catalogue technology. The online catalogue is fully integrated with the transactional elements for a seamless shopping experience.
• Extensive product range: the site carries a comprehensive range of products, including curtain fabric, curtains, roller blinds, curtain poles and tracks as well as selected bed covers and accessories;
• Shop Online: all fabrics can be easily purchased by the metre, and will usually be dispatched within 48 hours, depending on stock availability. Similarly, accessories such a blind pulls, trimmings and poles can be ordered direct through the site.
• My Samples: site visitors can create a fabric samples page of their own, which makes an easy-to-use and attractive reference tool and can be easily emailed to the Prêt à Vivre team, who will then send physical swatches in the post.
