Account Coordinator/sales support
The Account Co-ordinator / Sales Support will be responsible for coordinating client accounts, and handling initial sales enquiries and requests for information. With your great communication skills, you will also be working with clients regarding quotes, work in progress and timings, and you’ll liaise with the project management team to ensure a timely and efficient service.

As an Account Co-ordinator / Sales Support you will be responsible for coordinating client accounts, and handling initial sales enquiries and requests for information. With your great communication skills, you will also be working with clients regarding quotes, work in progress and timings, and you’ll liaise with the project management team to ensure a timely and efficient service.
Additionally, as an Account Co-ordinator / Sales Support you will provide office-based assistance for Senior Account Managers, and you will ensure client satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with client personnel in the client base.
Essential to your success in this role will be your experience in a telephone customer support and service position, your first class verbal and written skills, and your ability to work in a team. Ideally you will also come from a marketing services, retail/mail order, new media, or agency background.
As an Account Co-ordinator / Sales Support you will also need to be an energetic, bright and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and administration skills, and a good educational background.
