Support Analyst
Enter the interactive world of eCommerce! Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce agency which develops and maintains web shops for a wide range of retailers who are selling their products on the Internet. They are now looking for a talented eCommerce Support Analyst to join their support team.
A directly client-facing role, as the eCommerce Support Analyst you will manage client queries, problems and errors from reporting through to their correction. Working closely with their technical development team and account management, you will provide a swift, friendly and accurate service.
This role requires you to assess, prioritise and allocate support cases and monitoring response time to ensure service levels are achieved, and escalating complex cases to management as needed.
You will ideally be graduated to degree level (or equivalent) and this is a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your career development in the account management or business analysis areas.
An excellent communicator, you will possess a strong customer focus- putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. With excellent organisational skills, you will have the proven ability to manage you time both efficiently and effectively.
You will demonstrate a keen interest in internet technologies and applications, and be eager to show off your excellent level of computer literacy. It would be desirable to our client if you possess some programming experience.
