Account Manager
We are seeking account managers who will be managing and developing relationships with our clients, dealing with senior and marketing management to increase clients' online sales. This is an exciting business development role, where you have the opportunity to work with prestigious brands to build their business online at the same time as maximising their spend with Screen Pages.
The account manager will be responsible for:
* Management of 20+ client accounts from a business development, commercial perspective
* Delivery of an agreed revenue target from your client base
* Add value to the business relationship & proactively develop further business from the client base.
* Ensure client satisfaction with Screen Pages
* Liaison with project management to ensure timely & efficient service
* Establish strong relationships with senior managers in the client base.
* Be the main link for commercial and delivery issues.
* Understand client’s business, markets, competition and strategy.
* Develop and execute account marketing & delivery plans & forecasts
* Exploit a variety of communication channels: reviews, meetings, email newsletters, telephone, client entertainment (where appropriate)

Experience:
* Track record in business development, account management
* IT/ecommerce services, retail/mail order, new media, agency background
* Good educational credentials
