Screen Pages completes management buyout
Screen Pages Ltd announces a management buy-out from Pindar Graphics Ltd.
The buy-out has been led by Roger Willcocks, managing director, who has been with the business since 2002, together with financial backing from Liquidity.
Pindar Graphics agreed the transaction after a review of its overall business strategy, in order to concentrate on its core multi-channel services based around proprietary software offerings for the e-commerce and product information management markets in B2B and retail, linked to its print, design and digital photography services.
Screen Pages will continue to develop its unique blend of consultative, analytical e-commerce services with the design and development of bespoke shopping websites.

Pindar Graphics and Screen Pages have also entered into a joint marketing agreement whereby customers can take advantage of the other’s services.
