Team Leader
We are seeking a team leader to be responsible for managing client e-commerce website projects. You would be responsible for ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of multiple, concurrent website enhancement projects and high levels of client satisfaction. Projects would typically be 5-20 man days in size and there would be 10-20 in various stages of design, development and testing at any one time.
Responsibilities
Day to day activities include overall workflow management, resource management and allocation, work specification, client liaison, project reporting and interfacing with account management.
You’ll have fantastic communication skills, love leading small teams, keen operational and people management ability. You will be dealing with clients directly and have a passion for helping retailers sell well online.
Background
The company ideally seeks graduates with commercial software development/web programming experience in standard Microsoft technologies. You will have a good understanding of online marketing and, ideally, e-commerce/online retail.
