Screen Pages project manager treks to Everest and raises over £60,000
Ashley Heath, project manager @ Screen Pages, has recently returned to base camp in Wisley after trekking to Everest for Diabetes UK.
Ashley and his companions have raised an impressive £60,000+ in charitable donations. Whilst it all looks jolly, Ashley reports that only 50% of normal oxygen levels prevail at that height and his total ascent during the two weeks was twice the height of Everest itself.
