EAST is an established women’s fashion retailer for clothing, jewellery and accessories. EAST now has 77 outlets, with 52 stores and 22 concessions, including 18 John Lewis concessions. The aim for the website is to become EAST’s biggest store - for many retailers, the website is the best-performing store within 18 months and EAST's team worked with Screen Pages to make the end-to-end experience simple, reliable and fast.
Joules has enjoyed spectacular growth since launching its website by Screen Pages in 2005. Its site has a strong community and lifestyle orientation (see Joules' Village) and it also includes a wide range of sophisticated e-commerce approaches including "get the look", interactive cross-sells (using AJAX), full integration of customer, order and stock data as well as a trade website.
