Epsilon Abacus is the custodian of the Abacus Alliance. Every week 500 multi-channel brands contribute their customer transactional data into the Alliance. Critical information including what people have bought, what they have spent, when they have spent, how often they have purchased. We help all the members use the Alliance to improve their marketing effectiveness, deliver a greater return on their marketing investment and grow their businesses.

Motocaddy was founded in 2004 to bring the very best in design, build and functionality to golfers of all ages and abilities looking for reliable and affordable golf trolleys.

Since then, Motocaddy has built a strong reputation for consumer research and product development and has led the drive towards Lithium as the most efficient and cost-effective battery option for powered golf trolleys.

Motocaddy’s golf trolleys and accessories are available online and through a network of retailers and distributers in over 40 countries worldwide.

The new website’s capabilities include:

  • Responsive Redesign on Magento 2.1
  • Improved checkout with Credit Card, Amazon & PayPal payment options
  • Two-factor authentication for security
  • GEO-IP location for customers outside the UK
  • 11 country sites
  • Google maps store locator
  • Migration of M1 data to M2
  • Integration with Klevu for improved search
  • Integration with Netsuite for stock, order & order status updates
  • Integration with Mailchimp for improved email marketing campaigns
  • Implementation of gift card functionality
  • Implementation of a blogging extension for improved engagement with the golfing community

The site was commissioned in the summer of 2017 and launched in January 2018.  Motocaddy’s motivation behind building the new site was to improve the user experience on mobile, increase conversion rates and grow average order values.

The luxury accessory brand Begg & Co, launched a new responsive eCommerce site in November 2017. The site was built by Screen Pages, one of the UK’s leading Magento Solution Partners. The site can be visited at www.beggandcompany.com

Established as Alex Begg & Company in 1866 in the Scottish town of Paisley, the company handcrafts luxury scarves, stoles, wraps and throws and combines time-honoured traditional weaving and finishing methods with cutting-edge production techniques. Until recently, Alex Begg & Company was mostly supplying to luxury designer brands but in 2012 the company took the decision to start selling directly to consumers and the new luxury fashion brand ‘Begg & Co’ was created.

The chief elements of the brief for the new Magento 2.1 website included:

Unique and lovable gift, homeware and accessory retailer Herdy® selects Screen Pages Ltd to manage, host and support its Magento 2 site.

In September 2017 The Herdy Company appointed Screen Pages Ltd, one of the UK’s leading Magento Solution Partners to take on the support, maintenance and hosting of its Magento Commerce 2 website (https://www.herdy.co.uk).

Herdy’s dream is to become the fastest growing, most lovable brand personality in the world. Originally created in 2007 Herdy now has five retail stores based in the Lake District and North Yorkshire Dales National Parks and trades nationwide and internationally with a range of unique and lovable gift, home and accessory products, all designed in-house and responsibly sourced. The first Herdy website was launched in 2008 and the online channel has evolved over the years into a fast-growing, mature sales channel.  Herdy was looking for the right Magento Solution Partner to help expand its online sales and customer service over the next few years.

Key goals for the new website included:
  • Secure the Magento installation by upgrading to the latest patch release and adding two factor authentication
  • Adding postcode lookup functionality to the checkout to improve conversion rates
  • Addressing a number of usability issues and bugs across the site
  • Implement the Ebizmarts POS solution in their new stores to provide customers with a true Omni channel solution
  • Implement the Magento Gift Voucher feature

Part of our business model is to expand retail and trade through Magento Commerce 2, but we needed access to greater eCommerce and Magento experience backed by professional development and a structured project and support team. The Role:-

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work with our in-house developers, designers, solutions specialists and commercial teams to create and close new business opportunities within our existing clients. You will achieve this by building relationships with those clients and using that knowledge to understand their commercial goals and how Screen Pages can help them achieve those goals. You will do this by combining industry expertise, face to face planning meetings, conference calls, website analytics and Screen Pages knowledge. You will own the client relationship and be responsible for the continued success and growth of those customers online and the services and solutions that Screen Pages provide to them.

The Company:-

Screen Pages Ltd is a leading provider of eCommerce and multi-channel services to online retailers (clients include Loake Shoes, the RSPB, Donald Russell, Van Dal Shoes, Micro Scooters, Moss Europe and This Works). Our services include the design, build, hosting and ongoing support of eCommerce websites for B2B and B2C clients. We have circa. 25 professional staff, about 40 existing clients and are based in Wisley, Surrey.

The Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Management of 40+ client accounts covering business development, delivery of excellent customer service and handling the commercial relationship with those accounts
  • Establishing strong and fruitful relationships with senior managers in those accounts and maintain frequent contact with them
  • Understanding the clients’ business needs, market, competition and business plans and how to help them achieve and exceed their goals
  • Development and execution of business development plans and forecasts for each account
  • Providing sales reports, projections and account summaries to the Screen Pages management team
  • Liaising with internal project management, creative and delivery teams to ensure timely and efficient service to those accounts
  • Ensuring client satisfaction across all aspects of the relationship between those accounts and Screen Pages
  • Being the main point of contact for the customer for any enquiries or issues they have escalating those issues to the appropriate teams internally where required

The successful candidate will possess the following experience and skills:-

  • A proven track record in sales, pre-sales or consulting with a responsibility for professional services, technology and complex sales within an eCommerce background
  • A strong understanding of the technicalities, costs, risks and business implications of service solutions in the eCommerce market place with particular respect to web usability, web design and eCommerce best practice
  • Agency background
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • Good educational credentials
  • The ability to deal at board level

The ideal candidate will also possess the following experience and skills:-

  • Demonstrable examples of previous account management success
  • Knowledge of Magento, Shopify Plus and other eCommerce platforms
  • An understanding of software development methodologies
  • A demonstrable appreciation of the challenges faced by businesses competing online and our clients in particular

The Package:-

Although the salary package will be negotiable, dependent on previous experience, the successful Account Manager will receive an initial base salary of around £30,000 (subject to experience) with uncapped £50,000 OTE, plus company car allowance and benefits.

Please note that due to our rural location in Wisley, only applicants who hold a full driving licence and have their own transport should apply.
