Screen Pages hosted their November Client event which was a great opportunity to network and discuss everything e-commerce. There were some great speakers from What users do, Magento, Search Marketing, Bronto, Brand and Soul & Mention Me. Below is a quick overview and all the slides presented on the day.
The 7th E-commerce Forum (now in its 7th year), organised by Amazon Payments, Dotmailer, Cogeco Peer 1 & Screen Pages proved to be a great success. The forum concentrated on marketing, sales & service from an e-commerce best practice perspective – in particular how to increase sales, conversions and improve customer service.
To highlight the strong working relationship that Screen Pages has with Peer1, Peer1 produced a video case study. Peer1 provides a managed hosting facility for Screen Pages under a full service level agreement. Its resources, flexibility, scaleability and Magento expertise are important assets to Screen Pages.
The case study covers Screen Pages’ background, its history with e-commerce and Magento as well as why and how the company works with Peer1 to provide performant, scaleable and reliable hosting.
We were very pleased to see Screen Pages’ clients RSPB & RNIB discussing their insights and experience of e-commerce (with Magento) on a panel session at Magento Live in June 2015.
Consumers’ growing expectations that the products, services and retailers charities use support important causes, have expanded the charitable opportunities for brands and put charities in a unique position to create deeper engagements for new & existing giving via e-commerce. The panel discussed how British charities are applying e-commerce best practices – content marketing, product curation, loyalty programmes and print-on-demand – to extend the reach and impact of the causes they represent.
