Tom Kay, founder of Finisterre, was featured recently in the Daily Telegraph. Ten years ago he was working in London as a chartered surveyor. He realised it wasn’t the life he wanted, so he packed it all in and fled to St Agnes in Cornwall, where he founded Finisterre.
