September 2018 – Perfect Moment appointed Screen Pages Ltd, one of the UK’s leading Magento Solution Partners, to take on the support, maintenance and hosting of its Magento 2 website www.perfectmoment.com.
Perfect Moment was founded in Chamonix in 1984 by extreme sports filmmaker and professional skier Thierry Donard who designed apparel for his team of expert freeride skiers and surfers.
The brand has evolved to offer high performance lifestyle clothing with a core emphasis on woman’s , kids and men’s ski wear that can be worn on and off the slopes.
Performance is at the forefront of their statement designs as they incorporate the industry’s leading technical fabrics into their garments and combine with vivid and bold colour palates that blend from one season to the next.
The first Perfect Moment Magento website was launched in 2016 and as the demand online grew, Perfect Moment identified the need for the right Magento Solution Partner to help expand its online sales and customer service over the next few years.
Since the site launched with Screen Pages in October 2018, the conversion rate has increased by 57.42 % and average order values have increased by 42.08%.
Key goals for the new website included:
Secure the Magento installation by upgrading to the latest version and adding two factor authentication
Adding postcode lookup functionality to the checkout to improve conversion rates
Addressing a number of usability issues and bugs across the site
Redesigning various areas of the site to improve the UX
The addition of a “buy the look” feature to inspire customers and increase average order values
The addition of the Magento Business Intelligence tool

Responsive web design (RWD, also referred to as responsive design) was a key focus for Perfect Moment.
Screen Pages had to ensure an optimal viewing experience across a wide range of devices (from large high-resolution desktop computer monitors, to mobile phones).
Combined with Perfect Moment’s mission for accessibility, the user experience (UX) became our obsession.
The objective was to ensure the user eCommerce journey was as streamlined and efficient as possible, whilst maintaining high regard for the Perfect Moment ethos.
