Breakfast Briefing Thursday 13th February 2025
On Thursday 13th February 2025 our Breakfast Briefing event kicked off at Klaviyo’s offices on Fenchurch Street. Guests started the morning with coffee, croissants and breakfast pastries, in preparation for an in-depth exploration of strategies to reduce the total cost of ownership (TCO) for eCommerce businesses.
Our Head of eCommerce, Sarah Willcocks, opened the session with an insightful presentation on how merchants can lower their eCommerce costs for long-term success. She covered key areas such as optimising your tech stack and collaborating effectively with your agency to achieve best practices and sustainable results.
Next, Mark O’Brien from Luigi’s Box took the stage to discuss the impact of poor search functionality on business performance and shared cost-effective strategies to enhance search capabilities and increase order values.
Stephen Power from Klaviyo followed with a dynamic and interactive session on creating powerful customer engagement experiences. His fast-paced presentation was well received, sparkling lively discussions among attendees.
After a brief refreshment break, which provided a great opportunity for networking, Richard Hunter from Moore-Wilson New Media shared proven strategies to maximise eCommerce ROI.
Daniel Bowden from Shopify then delivered a compelling presentation, showcasing how businesses can reduce their total cost of ownership by up to 36%, backed by impressive statistics and real-world examples.
To wrap up the morning, all speakers participated in a Q&A session, addressing audience questions and offering valuable insights.
