A very hot and sunny afternoon on Tuesday 13th August saw us proud to sponsor the Ecommerce Club annual summer BBQ at the Queen of Hoxton just off Bishopsgate.
Our founder, Sarah Willcocks joined David Kohn CEO, The Multichannel Expert and author and Muna Khan Director - Business & Digital Transformation Specialist at Amicus IT Consulting for an engaging and informative 40 minute panel chaired by Ecommerce Club founder Davina Lines.
The panel explored key topics around the theme of Frictionless Commerce, AI, customer loyalty and some great eCommerce strategies, with each of the panel contributing their knowledge and suggestions along with a wealth of industry experience which sparked numerous insightful questions and comments from the audience.
It was a fun afternoon filled with gloriously warm sunshine, food and drink aplenty and a lot of networking opportunities embraced by all.
