A new technology from Eyetools reveals that a top three search result gets 100% visibility. Below the top 4/5 results, only 50% of results are actually "seen" by visitor eye movements.
At the same time, the top paid for listing is only seen by 50%. If you're not in the top four paid for results, you only get 10% visibility.
